Taking care of people has always been a big piece of my life. Those qualities led to me to teach for 13 years, and then it led me to create this business. Living in upstate NY has taught me to appreciate nature, the dirt under my toes, and the peace that comes from the outdoors. It is my hope that you can pause, and take care of you.
